By using TACECOMM, we assume you accept these terms and conditions. Do not continue to use TACECOMM if you do not agree to take all of the terms and conditions stated on this page.

 

The following terminology applies to these Terms and Conditions, Privacy Statement and Disclaimer Notice and all Agreements: "User", "You", "trainee"and "Your" refers to you, the person using TACECOMM and compliant to TACECOMM's terms and conditions. "Ourselves", "We", "Our" and "Us", refers to our TACECOMM. "Party", "Parties", or "Us", refers to both the User and ourselves. All terms refer to the offer, acceptance and consideration of payment necessary to undertake the process of our assistance to the User in the most appropriate manner for the express purpose of meeting the User's needs in respect of provision of the TACECOMM's. Any use of the above terminology or other words in the singular, plural, capitalization and/or he/she or they, are taken as interchangeable and therefore as referring to same.

We employ the use of cookies. By accessing TACECOMM, you agreed to use cookies in agreement with the TACECOMM's Privacy Policy.

 

Most interactive websites and apps use cookies to let us retrieve the user's details for each visit. Cookies are used by our website and apps to enable the functionality of certain areas to make it easier for people visiting the website or app.

 

 

 

User's Profile

The following terms and conditions governs all Users profile;

   

• Users must have between 80% - 100% completed profile information;

   

• User's profile name must be the first and last name used in the college;

   

• Aliases can only be used as a username and not a Profile name;

   

• All users(trainees) must have a clear profile picture of themselve in the college uniform or cloth

 

Users(trainees) using an alias as a profile name without their college first and last name and Users with an improper profile picture will be blacklisted on TACECOMM

 

 

 

 

 

 

Content & License

 

Unless otherwise stated, TACECOMM owns the intellectual property rights for all material on TACECOMM. All intellectual property rights are reserved. You may access this from TACECOMM for your own personal use subjected to restrictions set in these terms and conditions.

 

You must not:

   

• Republish material from TACECOMM

   

• Sell, rent or sub-license material from TACECOMM

   

• Reproduce, duplicate or copy material from TACECOMM

   

• Redistribute content from TACECOMM

 

This Agreement shall begin on the date hereof.

 

Parts of this website offer an opportunity for users to post and exchange opinions and information. TACECOMM does not filter, edit, publish or review content prior to their presence on the website. Contents do not reflect the views and opinions of TACECOMM. Contents reflect the views and opinions of the person who post them.

 

TACECOMM reserves the right to monitor all Contents and Users and to remove any Content and User who or which can be considered inappropriate, offensive or causes breach of these Terms and Conditions.

 

You warrant and represent that:

 

   

• You are entitled to post the Contents on our website and app and have all necessary consents to do so;

   

• The Contents do not invade any intellectual property right, including without limitation copyright, patent or trademark of any third party;

   

• The Contents do not contain any defamatory, libelous, offensive, indecent or otherwise unlawful material which is an invasion of privacy

   

• The Contents will not be used to solicit or promote business or custom or present unlawful commercial activities or unlawful activity.

   

• The Contents do not promote nudity, profanity, secularism, racism, ethnic segregation, falsehood, ambiguity, fraud, and any negative or mischievous pursuit.

 

NOTE: Any users whose post or content promote or violate any of the above content agreement shall be blacklisted on TACECOMM

 

 

 

 

Pages & Page Creation

The following terms and conditions governs the use of TACECOMM Page feature.

 

TACECOMM users can create their own pages to promote their own content if;

   

• The pages to be created will not promote nudity, profanity, secularism, racism, ethnic segregation, false information, ambiguity, fraud, and any negative or mischievous pursuit;

   

• The page to be created will not invade any intellectual property right, including without limitation copyright, patent or trademark of any third party;

   

• The page to be created do not contain any defamatory, libelous, offensive, indecent or otherwise unlawful material which is an invasion of privacy

   

• The page to be created will not be used to solicit or promote business or custom or present unlawful commercial activities or unlawful activity.

 

NOTE: Page(s) created without abiding by the page conditions above shall be deleted and User blacklisted

 

 

TACECOMM Users who create their own page(s) after abiding by the page conditions above should;

 

   

• Setup page Profile and cover picture (which must match the page) immediately after creating a page

   

• Request for page verification after setting up page avatar.

   

• Keep page active with posts and Content

 

NOTE: Page(s) on TACECOMM with an improper profile and cover picture and pages without verification shall be deleted from TACECOMM. Also, page(s) that remain inactive for 30days shall be deleted

 

 

 

 

Groups & Group Creation

The following terms and conditions governs the use of TACECOMM Group feature.

 

TACECOMM users can create their own group(s) for communication and socialization if;

   

• The group(s) to be created will not promote nudity, profanity, secularism, racism, ethnic segregation, false information, ambiguity, fraud, and any negative or mischievous pursuit;

   

• The group(s) to be created will not invade any intellectual property right, including without limitation copyright, patent or trademark of any third party;

   

• The group(s) to be created do not contain any defamatory, libelous, offensive, indecent or otherwise unlawful material which is an invasion of privacy

   

• The group(s) to be created will not be used to solicit or promote business or custom or present unlawful commercial activities or unlawful activity.

 

NOTE: Group(s) created without abiding by the group creation conditions above shall be deleted and Users blacklisted

 

 

TACECOMM Users who create their own group(s) after abiding by the group creation terms & conditions above should;

 

   

• Make sure the group is a private group

   

• Make sure the group has a profile and cover picture which matches the group

 

Public groups and groups with an improper profile and cover picture shall be deleted

 

NOTE Users requesting to join a group they don't belong shall be blacklisted(Example; Nkrumah Hall member requesting to join Kaleem Hall

 

 

 

 

Market & Products

The following terms and conditions governs the use of TACECOMM Market & Products feature.

 

Users can add a product or service on TACECOMM to be be promoted or sold if;

   

• The product(s) or service(s) is good, healthy and accepted by the college

   

• The product(s) or service(s) will not invade any intellectual property right, including without limitation copyright, patent or trademark of any third party;

   

• The product(s) or service(s) do not contain any defamatory, libelous, offensive, indecent or otherwise unlawful material which is an invasion of privacy

   

• The product(s) or service(s) will not be used to solicit or promote business or custom or present unlawful commercial activities or unlawful activity.

   

• The product(s) or service(s) with expiry is still fresh and not expired.

 

NOTE: Any product or service added to be promoted or sold on the TACECOMM market without abiding by the Market & Products terms & conditions above shall be removed and the User blacklisted

 

 

Users who add a product(s) or service(s) on the TACECOMM market after abiding by the Market & Products terms & conditions above should;

 

   

• Make sure the product or service is giving a detailed and correct description

   

• Add at least three(3) clear and real pictures of the product or service

   

• Make sure any fault that is associated with the product is made known

   

• Make sure all terms & conditions associated with the product or service is spelled out

 

NOTE: Products or service payouts are made after three days of delivery. TACECOMM will confirm delivery of product from buyer before making a payout. Also, proceeds from products or service sales is subjected to Paystack charges. And any product or service added on the TACECOMM market without following all of the above Market & Products terms and conditions will be temoved

 

 

 

 

 

Blog & Articles

The following terms and conditions governs the use of TACECOMM Blog & Articles feature.

 

Users can create blogs and articles on TACECOMM if;

 

• The blogs & articles will not promote nudity, profanity, secularism, racism, ethnic segregation, false information, ambiguity, fraud, and any negative or mischievous pursuit;

   

• The blogs & articles will not invade any intellectual property right, including without limitation copyright, patent or trademark of any third party;

   

• The blog & articles do not contain any defamatory, libelous, offensive, indecent or otherwise unlawful content which is an invasion of privacy

 

NOTE;

   

• Users who wish to be bloggers should message the TACECOMM administrator to apply

   

• Applied bloggers will go through an interview to justify their blogging role

   

• Qualified bloggers must purchase the Blogger package of TACECOMM to be able to have access to the blogging feature

   

• Blog posts are reviewed and approved by the TACECOMM before publishing

   

• Any reviewed blog or article that do not abide by the Blog & Articles terms & conditions above shall be removed and the User blacklisted

   

• TACECOMM Bloggers are paid on number of blog posts created and blog post views

 

 

 

 

Fundings

The following terms and conditions governs the use of TACECOMM Fundings feature.

 

The Fundings feature can only be used by the following users;

 

• TACECOMM
• The college administration
• The college departments
• The college tutors
• Trainee groups

 

NOTE;

   

• A Fund Raise should be based on TACECOMM donations, college projects, college departmental projects, trainees group projects, trainees group contributions, solidarity contributions and contribution for any good course by TACECOMM, the college or trainee groups

   

• Fundings contribution proceeds is subjected to Paystack charges

 

 

 

 

Points & Reward

The Points and Reward system is used to reward TACECOMM users point for performing certain activities on the TACECOMM platform

 

• 1post reaction = 1point
• 1post comment = 2point
• 1post = 5points
• 1blog = 10points
• 1point = ₵0.01
• 100 blog & video post view = ₵50
• Minimum withrawal = ₵100

 

NOTE;

   

• Daily points earning limit(regular users) = 100points

   

• Daily points earning limit(pro users) = 300points

 

 

 

 

 

Hyperlinking to our Content

 

The following organizations may link to our Website without prior written approval:

 

   

• Government agencies;

   

• Search engines;

   

• Online directory distributors may link to our Website in the same manner as they hyperlink to the Websites of others; and

 

These organizations may link to our home page, to publications or to other Website information so long as the link: (a) is not in any way deceptive; (b) does not falsely imply sponsorship, endorsement or approval of the linking party and its products and/or services; and (c) fits within the context of the linking party's site.

 

 

We will approve link requests from these organizations if we decide that: (a) the link would not make us look unfavorably to ourselves; (b) the organization does not have any negative records with us; (c) the benefit to us from the visibility of the hyperlink compensates the absence of TACECOMM; and (d) the link is in the context of general resource information.

 

 

Approved organizations may hyperlink to our Website as follows:

 

   

• By use of our unique name; or

   

• By use of the uniform resource locator being linked to; or

   

• By use of any other description of our Website being linked to that makes sense within the context and format of content on the linking party's site.

 

No use of TACECOMM's logo or other artwork will be allowed for linking absent a tra
